Sometimes after each increase, a decrease may occur, either due to the effect of the spam filters of the various social networks, or because the user following you may autonomously decide not to follow you any more.
On guaranteed services, we guarantee that you will maintain the number of followers, fans, and interactions purchased making reintegrations (reactivating the boost campaign for free) if the number of followers reached after the boost falls below the target you were guaranteed.
HOW DOES THE WARRANTY WORK?
We always guarantee the number of followers/viewers/fans reached after the increase.
Upon purchase you will receive an email containing the link to increase and the count initial followers.
An item called TARGET will show the target your link will have to reach, which will be given by the initial count, plus the amount of the service you purchased (e.g.: If you purchase 1000 instagram followers, and your profile at the time of purchase has 2500 followers, the target will be set at 3500. Should followers fall below this threshold, we will replenish followers until the profile is above the target again.
NB 1: For Pages, Profiles, and videos that fall but are still above target, no reintegration will take place.
It is not possible to check whether a page/profile or video has undergone any additional boosts beyond those provided by us. For this reason, profiles that are above the target will not be reintegrated. If a profile is below the target threshold, reinstatement will be carried out until the number of followers/likes/views/fans shown under “target” is reached again.
NB 2: For some services (where expressly stated) the guarantee does not apply or may have limitations.
Services in which there are no indications of a reinstatement guarantee are to be considered without guarantee.
In any case, reinstatement is not applied on services provided more than 12 months previously.
For some services, the guarantee may be limited in time. In services where a maximum guarantee time is specified (e.g. “guaranteed reintegration up to 10 days”), we will reintegrate followers up to 10 days after the order is placed. After 10 days there will be no reintegration and no reimbursement will be due if there is a drop.
The reintegration is always made on the same link or username on which the increment was made. It is not possible to make reinstatements on usernames other than the one that was incremented.
WARRANTY EXTENSION
At the time of purchase, for each product you can choose to extend the reintegration guarantee to 3 months, 6 months or 1 year!
This means that if your profile loses followers even after 30 days after the guarantee expiry date, you will still be covered by the free reinstatement.
Example:
Purchase the extended warranty for one year when you buy instagram followers, and for 1 year, if your profile falls below the target reached, we will increase it for free until you reach it again.
